カシミアは冬には欠かせないファブリックですよね。ここでは、わたしが愛用しているカシミア100%のコート２着を動画とともにご紹介します。
Cashmere is an essential fabric for winter. Here, I’d like to introduce two of my favorite 100% cashmere coats, along with a video.
１着目はライトブラウンのコートでフランスのラグジュアリー生地ブランドであるドーメルのカシミア生地で仕立てたものです。購入したのは、ドーメル青山ブティックで仕立ては、日本を代表する縫製工場であるミユキソーイングです。
The first coat is a light brown one made from cashmere by Dormeuil, a luxury French fabric brand. I purchased it at the Dormeuil Aoyama boutique and it was tailored by Miyuki Sewing, one of Japan’s leading sewing factories.
購入したのは2018年ごろだったかと思いますが、当時、ドーメルジャポン代表を務められていた加賀美 由加里さんとのご縁で、ドーメル青山で購入させていただいたものです。加賀美さんとは今も親しくしていただいています。
I think I bought it around 2018 at Dormeuil Aoyama thanks to my connection with Yukari Kagami , who was the representative of Dormeuil Japon at the time. I remain close friends with Kagami-san to this day.
生地マーチャントとして長い歴史を持つドーメルのカシミアなので、そのカシミア生地には独特の艶と色気があります。また、仕立てもイタリア製品に引けを取らないクオリティがあります。もし、カシミアコート選びを検討されるなら、ドーメル青山で仕立てるカシミアコートはおすすめできます。ドーメルは生地ブランドであり、KITONなどファッションブランドの記号はないですが、長く愛用できる良いコートです。
Dormeuil has a long history as a fabric merchant, so its cashmere has a unique luster and sensuality. The tailoring is also of a quality comparable to that of Italian products. If you are considering choosing a cashmere coat, we recommend one tailored by Dormeuil Aoyama. Dormeuil is a fabric brand and does not carry the trademarks of fashion brands like KITON, but it is a great coat that you can wear for a long time.
当時の価格は35万円ぐらいだったと思いますが、今は円安になっているので、このクラスのカシミアコートだと40万円は超えるかもしれません。私の愛用品を販売するリーズナブルな価格でJiJi Shopに出品しています。このカシミアコートをバトンタッチしますのでご愛用いただけたら嬉しいです。
I think the price at the time was around 250,000 yen, but now that the yen is weak, a cashmere coat of this class may cost over 300,000 yen. I am selling my favorite items at reasonable prices on JiJi Shop. I will be passing on this cashmere coat to you, so I hope you will enjoy it.
二つ目の動画のコートは、KITONのカシミアコートです。スポルベリーノとよばれるコートでシングルピークドラペル、背面にポロコート風のバックベルトがついていること、袖ボタンがないことが特徴です。
The coat in the second video is a cashmere coat from KITON. It is called a Sporbellino and is characterized by its single peak lapel, a polo coat-style back belt, and the lack of sleeve buttons.

このタイプのコートが欲しいと思ったのは、フィレンツェのメンズショップTIE YOUR TIE創業者のフランコ・ミヌッチさんがこのタイプのコートを着用されているのをファッション雑誌で見かけたことでした（下写真）。
I wanted this type of coat after seeing Franco Minucci, founder of the Florence men’s shop TIE YOUR TIE, wearing one in a fashion magazine (Photo below).
このスポルベリーノのコートは既製品ではあまり見かけませんが、2019年の秋にKITON銀座にふらっと入った時に発見しました（下写真）。ただ、価格が100万円近くしたので、試着したものの、購入は躊躇して店を出ました。ところが、半年ぐらい経った頃だったか、試着したものと同じものが、リユースショップのKOMEHYO銀座店（現在閉店）で未使用品として並んでいました。価格は1/4の25万円だったので、即決で購入しました。
This Sporbellino coat is not often seen ready-made, but I discovered it when I wandered into KITON Ginza in the fall of 2019 (Photo below). However, it was priced at nearly 1 million yen, so although I tried it on, I hesitated to buy it and left the store. However, about six months later, I found the same coat I tried on, unused, on display at the KOMEHYO Ginza store (now closed), a second-hand shop. The price was 250,000 yen, a quarter of the original price, so I bought it immediately.
さすがはKITONのカシミアコートなので、100万円という定価に相応しい品格が感じられるものです。
As you’d expect from a KITON cashmere coat, it exudes a sense of elegance befitting its ¥1,000,000 list price.
今、いくらぐらいするのかなと思って、KITONのWebサイトを調べてみると、同じものはないですが、カッコいいカシミア100％のコートを見つけました。価格は€6,640とあるので、１ユーロ180円で計算すると、¥1,195,200です。サイトで購入すればこの価格ですが、日本のKITON直営店で購入すると、国内の定価には、日本の代理店手数料などが入るので、仮に20%だとすると¥1,434,240 となります。多分、150万円ぐらいになるのではと思います。そうだとすると、ほぼ新品のKITONカシミアコートを25万円で手に入れた私はかなりのお買い物上手といえるかもしれませんね（笑）。
I wondered how much it would cost now (January 2026), so I checked the KITON website and, although they don’t have anything similar, I found a cool 100% cashmere coat. The price is listed as €6,640, which works out at ¥1,195,200 at 180 yen per euro. While this is the price if you buy it online, if you purchase it at a KITON store in Japan, the domestic list price includes the Japanese agency’s commission, so assuming a 20% commission rate, it would be ¥1,434,240. I think it would probably be around ¥1.5 million. If that’s the case, I guess I can say I’m quite a good shopper, having picked up a nearly new KITON cashmere coat for ¥250,000 (lol).
このカシミアコートのスタイリングを見ると、KITONもクラシックというより、トレンドを意識したブランドになっているようです。このカシミアコートのスタイリングは、とてもスポーティーな雰囲気があってかっこいいですね。
Looking at the styling of this cashmere coat, KITON seems to be a brand that’s more trend-conscious than classic. The styling of this cashmere coat has a very sporty feel that’s cool.
あらためて、上の写真のKITONのWebページの記述を読んでみると、ハンドクラフト製品であること、その工程が1,800ステップに及ぶと記載があります。それを踏まえれば、アイテムが高価格なのも頷けます。
Rereading the description on the KITON website shown above, I see that the products are handcrafted, with 1,800 steps involved. Given that, it’s easy to understand why the items are so expensive.
自分自身、KITON製品を愛用して感じるのは、まず、生地の素晴らしさです。本物のカシミアとはこういうものを言うんだろうと思いますし、着ていてもカーディガンを羽織っているような感じで、全くストレスを感じません。古いファッション雑誌の記事で、KITON創業者の故チロ・パオーネさんが、KITONのスーツは、「男の第二の皮膚だ」とおっしゃっていたのを想い出しました。そのフレーズは実感できます。
As a regular user of KITON products, the first thing I notice is the quality of the fabric. I think this is what real cashmere is supposed to be like, and wearing it feels like wearing a cardigan—it’s completely stress-free. I remember reading an old fashion magazine article in which KITON founder the late Ciro Paone said that KITON suits are “a man’s second skin.” I can truly relate to that phrase.
とはいえ、100万円を超えるKITONのスーツやコートは買えないな、という方におすすめなのは、KOMEHYOなどのリユースストアです。最近、リユースストアにはあまり行っていないので、状況が変わっているかもしれませんが、KITONなどのハイブランドは直営店では50％オフなどのセールはブランドイメージの観点からできないので、まれかもしれませんが、KOMEHYOさんなどのリユースストアに未使用商品が流れてくるケースもあるのではと想像しています。
However, for those who can’t afford a KITON suit or coat that costs over 1 million yen, I recommend second-hand stores like KOMEHYO. I haven’t been to them much recently, so the situation may have changed, but high-end brands like KITON can’t hold sales like 50% off at their direct stores due to brand image concerns. I imagine that, while rare, unused items may find their way into second-hand stores like KOMEHYO.
ただ、誰か他の人のユーズドアイテムであったとしても、KITONなら、状態が良ければ、おすすめです。ユーズドのKITONスーツなら、多分20万円未満で入手できると思います。2026年1月27日時点で、高円寺の名店サファリのサイトで見ると、以下のダブルスーツ（下写真）が見つかりました。価格は¥132,000となっています。トラウザーズがダブルタックのクラシックなものなので、少し古いものかもしれませんが、興味のある方は、サファリの店頭でチェックしてみることをお勧めします。
However, even if it’s someone else’s used item, I recommend KITON if it’s in good condition. You can probably find a used KITON suit for under 200,000 yen. As of January 27, 2026, I found the following double-breasted suit (pictured below) on the website of Safari, a well-known store in Koenji. It’s listed for ¥132,000. The trousers are a classic double-pleat style, so they may be a little dated, but if you’re interested, I recommend checking it out at a Safari store.
もちろん、KITONの直営店で購入するのが気分も良いし、おすすめですが（笑）。私自身、伊勢丹新宿メンズのKITONショップやTIE YOUR TIE青山（現在は閉店）で、KITONのスーツを購入した時はとても高揚感がありました。
Of course, it feels great to buy from a KITON directly managed store, and I recommend it. Personally, I felt very elated when I bought a KITON suit from the KITON shop at Isetan Shinjuku Men’s and TIE YOUR TIE Aoyama (now closed).
